Here is a look I wore last week when i actually woke up early enough to do my makeup and hair. This only happens about once a week and only because my dogs are assholes and don't let me sleep! Haha.
Eyes:
- Two Faced Shadow Insurance
- Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy
- Wet n Wild I'm Feeling Retro trio purple on lid
- Wet n Wild I'm Feeling Retro trio blue in crease and below lower lash line
- Wet n Wild I'm Feeling Retro trio white to highlight
- Urban Decay Zero eyeliner on upper lash line
- Urban Decay Bourbon eyeliner on waterline
- A mix of CoverGirl Lashblast mascara and Wet n Wild MegaLash Clinical Mascara on lashes
- Physician's Formula Canyon Classic quad matte eyeshadow in brows (darkest shade)
- Physician's Formula CircleRx concealer in Fair Light under eyes
- Maybelline SuperStay concealer in Ivory also under eyes
- Ulta Fabulous Face natural finish foundation in Classic Ivory
- Physician's Formula Healthy Wear SPF 50 Powder Foundation in Translucent Light
- MAC Beauty Powder in Alpha Girl
- Pixi Succulent Lip Twin in Coral Camellia (tint only)
- Kiss My Sass lipgloss in Caribbean Escape
I really like Alpha Girl Beauty Powder from MAC. Sadly it was limited edition, but the compact is huge and I'll never use it up.
Thank you for reading and have a great day/night/whatever!
Girly, you have convinced me to buy this palette! LOL. I once took 3 English classes in one semester. Nearly killed me. I had to write two papers for two different classes one weekend; a 6 pager and a 4 pager. I'd spent three hours writing one, then another 3 working on the other. I don't know what possessed me to take all those English classes, but I can tell you I'm never doing that again!
ReplyDeleteWet-N-Wild shadows are so nice. Easily one of my favorite drugstore products!! The colors are so pretty and they blended so well in this look.
ReplyDeleteGreat colors! They look fantastic together!
ReplyDeleteI have this set and I love the combination of colors. It looks so great on you! I haven't worn mine in awhile, but you just inspired me to pull it out today :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome! This was the first WnW palette I bought and I failed with a few looks before walking away from it for a while. I really like how you used blue in the crease!
ReplyDeletepretty look girl(:

@Chris- This was the first time I've used the palette so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was expected them to be really sheer, but they looked great over a sticky base. And wow, I can't imagine taking that many classes at once in the summer. I'm going crazy as it is!
ReplyDelete@Mandy- Thank you! I really love them, too. It's nice to see the brand come so far.
@Kristen- Thank you! I'm bad at choosing which colors to go together, but that's why I like palettes. They're like cheating!
@Maribeth- Yay! You should post more makeup looks, I like them!
@RoboZelda- I think this palette is one of the harder to use ones. I didn't take any chances with patchiness or sheerness so I used my tried and true combo of Too Faced Shadow Insurance and Pixie Epoxy.
@BeautyBehaved- Thank you! :)
I LOL'd so hard at the "my dogs are assholes" comment!! The other night my dog started barking in the middle of the night...i presume in her sleep. She has a totally yappy bark too; it woke me up, lol.
ReplyDeleteI never thought to use PE with drugstore shadows like WnW!! I don't own any WnW myself, but I've been eyeing a few, and the color combo you have on is probably one of the favorites I've seen out there!! :D
Tat gloss looks incredible on you. Love the whole look. =]
ReplyDelete*that. UGH!
ReplyDeleteGORGEOUS! What a pretty look! I love Alpha Girl on you, I wanted to get it but it sold out too quickly!
ReplyDeleteAhhhh beautiful colour combo on the eyes! I like how the gloss seems to have a little blue sheen too :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous, those shadows go together beautifully :)
ReplyDeletelooooove the lips! it's so pretty :D
