FOTD: Sacred Shroud

Yay! My summer classes are FINALLY done. I didn't attend school in the spring as I was recovering from surgery, so going from doing absolutely nothing to having school every day and being super busy was a bit of a shock. I'm proud of myself for getting through it because it was rough on me. And I made As in everything! YAY! I only attend classes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the fall so it should feel like a break compared to how this was!

Sorry, for the derpy face in the following pic. Don't you hate it when you're going through pics and you look terrible in all of them? It sucks, but I'm not about to let a perfectly good opportunity to post go to waste. Plus I really liked the look, just not the face I put it on, haha.

  •  Two Faced Shadow Insurance
  • Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy
  • Detrivore Cosmetics Shroud on lid
  • Detrivore Cosmetics Sacred in crease and below lower lash line

  • Urban Decay Corrupt eyeliner on waterline
  • A mix of CoverGirl Lashblast mascara and Wet n Wild MegaLash Clinical Mascara on lashes
  • Physician's Formula Canyon Classic quad matte eyeshadow in brows (darkest shade)
Face:
  • Physician's Formula CircleRx concealer in Fair Light under eyes
  • Maybelline SuperStay concealer in Ivory also under eyes
  • Physician's Formula Healthy Wear SPF 50 Powder Foundation in Translucent Light
Cheeks
  • Milani Baled Blush in Luminoso
  • Milani Baked Blush in Terra Sole

  • MAC Ever Hip lipstick
  • MAC Evolution Revolution lipglass

So now I'm off to the grocery store (Boo!). When I first moved out of my parents' house I LOVED going grocery shopping. Now I loathe it. I hate it almost as much as washing dishes. Almost.

Thank you for reading and have a great day/night/whatever!

  1. I think EvoRevo is one of the best glosses ever created (kudos to Karen). It goes with nearly everything!

The problem with grocery shopping, for me, is that Trader Joes is 20 blocks away. I usually walk it, but whenever I'm sick or tired I have to take the train just 2 stops. Sometimes its such a pain to walk there. I have to deal with crowds of tourists, and then lug home bags of groceries.

  2. I can't type today...
I just lol'd at 'derpy face'...:D Whenever you post a disclaimer before your picture, I always look at it and go "what the hell is she talking about??". hahahaha You look lovely!
PS Make grocery shopping more fun by picking up a nail polish or lip gloss while your there...that's what I do ;-)

  3. @Chris- I don't even like lipglasses and I like Karen's! Wow, I need to stop complaining about grocery shopping because you have it way worse than I do! At least I can drive to my grocery store.

@Maribeth- I'm just real picky about how I look in pictures. And my boyfriend was the one who said I was making a derpy face, haha. but he said it in the nicest way possible. I love that he is honest and knows I want the truth when I ask him things. And I'm such a procrastinator! I didn't feel like grocery shopping so I put it off until tomorrow!
